- Players can win more than one seat into the R1,000,000 Grand Slam of Slots tournament in Swaziland. In the event that a player wins a second seat, they will be required to have a representative on their behalf.
- The Prize of a Seat into the R1,000,000 Grand Slam of Slots tournament in Swaziland cannot be exchanged for cash and is not transferrable.
- The Prize of a Seat into the R1,000,000 Grand Slam of Slots tournament includes your seat into the event, 2 night’s accommodation at Piggs Peak Hotel and Casino, Swaziland and all meals. This prize excludes transport to the final event.
- If a seat winner is not available to play in the final tournament in Swaziland on the weekend of 22 – 24 October 2010, they will need to send a representative to play on their behalf. If they fail to send a representative, they will forfeit their seat, and a re-draw will be done.
- The player must have a valid passport to travel to Swaziland for the finale.
- Management of Piggs Peak Casino reserves the right to re-draw a new winner if a winner has not claimed the prize within 14 days, and the original winner forfeits the prize. Every attempt will be made to contact winners by telephone and/or email

- In the event that there is a tie between 2 or more players during the tournament, the players on the same score will be given an additional 5 minutes play time to determine their position on the leader board.
- If a player does not show up for the tournament, he/she will forfeit their prize money and it will be added to the rest of the prize pool money.
