How to use Playcheck

Microgaming Systems has developed PlayCheck, a revolutionary new technology which allow players to view records of their gaming and transaction histories.

PlayCheck is an "instant replay" technology, which allows players to view the full details of the games they have played, i.e. all the hands they have played on Blackjack, Video Poker, slots symbols played and much more. The reports are generated in bank-like statements.

PlayCheck allows players to view their gaming transaction history for a period of up to seven days prior to the date of their request, and is available at all PlayCheck-enabled casinos powered by Microgaming Systems.

For the first time, players can see exactly what cards were dealt in Blackjack, where the ball landed in Roulette and how the reels lined up on their favourite slot machine. Players can access their game records for a period of up to 7 days prior to the date of their request.

To access the PlayCheck function from the Piggs Peak Casino Software, follow these steps:

• Click on the PlayCheck logo (red Tick icon) in the top left-hand corner of the software. The following screen will appear. Select the games you wish to view as well as the time range and click VIEW. (Please note that no information will be reflected for time ranges where no gameplay took place).

• You will now be presented with your PlayCheck statement. The statement will reflect all the information for the game(s) requested for the specific time range, including all bets made, payouts and account balance.
