What is the "Rebuy" feature?
Some tournaments allow you to "Rebuy" back into the game once your coins are finished or your time is. When you've completed a game, there will be an option at the bottom of the tournament results screen which will allow you to purchase a certain amount of Rebuy's or to Continue the game. Purchasing a rebuy will let you try your luck again from scratch by restarting the tournament. Rebuys have 'memory' which means that the highest score that you get in each game will be the score that will be displayed on the results table. E.G. If you get 1000 wins in your first attempt and 500 in your second attempt, your 1000 score will carry through.
What is the 'Continue" feature?
A 'Continue' will also allow you to continue playing in the tournament, but instead of re-starting your Wins from '0' like a re-buy, you will be able to continue adding onto your current score. Continues will buy you less time and less starting coins than a Re-buy, and remember that they are limited to use them wisely!
How do I collect my winnings?
All winnings will be automatically credited to your casino account. You will be able to see them once the tournament is completed and your name appears on the final scoreboard.
How do I know if I won?
When your tournament play is completed, a "Game Complete" screen will appear, which will indicate your current position. Your position is subject to change until the tournament is over. Once the tournament has completed, the final results will be displayed in the Players window.
What does it mean when a tournament has rounds?
If a tournament has more than one "round," the winners of the first round will enter a second round with the chance to play for prizes. The number of players in each round is set in the tournament rules box.
How do I know my position compared to other players?
You'll be able to your postion and the position of your competitors during the entire tournament. The 'My Place/Top5' leaderboard will be displayed on the bottom of the screen.
What if I win free spins or bonus rounds during the tournament?
Everything you win during the tournament goes to your Win Box, including winnings from bonus rounds and free spins. If your Play Time ends before you complete you free spins, you won't get additional time, but if you choose to continue to play another cycle, your free spins will be carried on to the next cycle.
Is there an 'Auto mode' to play for me if I'm unable to?
If you register for a tournament and you're unable play, you'll be able to 'Sit Out' in Blackjack only.Slots does not have an 'Auto Spin' function and if you register and do not play, your score will tally at 0.
How does the Sit out function in Blackjack work?
The sit out function will be automatically activated when you fail to make a bet in the allocated amount which is 15 seconds or you can choose to activate it by clicking 'Sit Out' on the bottom right hand side of the screen. The Sit Out functionality will play your cards for you, betting minimum bet and standing on 11.
What happens if I am disconnected from the software in the middle of a tournament?
If you are disconnected from the system during tournament play, the following rules apply:
If you are disconnected during play, the slot will not spin on your behalf.
If you reconnect within the tournament time, you can continue playing in the tournament.
If you cannot reconnect, your Win Box total will remain static, reflecting the amount at the time of disconnection.
What happens if a tournament is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that a tournament that is in progress has to be cancelled, each player will be refunded the buy-in fee, credited to his or her casino account.
What happens if I signed up for a tournament and forgot to play it?
First of all, the Casino makes it easy to remember your tournaments. If you are logged in to the casino, we will send you a reminder when your tournament is about to start.
Nevertheless, it may happen that you forget your tournament. If you remember while the tournament is still in progress, you may log in and join the tournament. However, if the tournament has been completed, you cannot play it and your entry fee will not be refunded.
I signed up for a tournament and changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Up until half an hour prior to the tournament start time, you may withdraw from the tournament and your buy-in fee will be refunded. After that time, you cannot get a refund.
Can I win loyalty points playing a tournament?
No. Slots tournaments do not count towards earning loyalty points.
A player can play in any tournament only once. Therefore, even if you win more than one entry to the same tournament you will only be able to play it one time. In addition, you won’t be able to use your other entries to rebuy into the same tournament.
What is a feeder tournament?
A feeder tournament awards a free entry to another tournament that you would otherwise have to buy into.
What happens if I win a feeder tournament?
When you win a feeder tournament, the casino software automatically registers you for the tournament that you won an entry to. You can see the details of the tournament that you won an entry to by clicking on the "My Tournaments" icon in the software. There is no alternate prize and if for any reason you do not play in this tournament, you will not receive any compensation for winning the earlier feeder tournament.
Do all tournaments have cash prizes?
No. Some tournaments will have a special prize which could vary from trips away to cars!. Before you enter a tournament, be sure you know what you are playing for. Additionally, feeder tournaments do not have cash prizes.
Can I play with bonus money/credits?
No. Tournament entry fees must be paid with real money. You cannot use bonuses for this purpose.
Can I play the same tournament more than once?
Each player can register one time to each tournament. However, in some tournaments you have a “Rebuy” option that allows you to play the tournament again from the beginning. Only your highest score will be counted for your position at the end of the tournament. (You won’t be able to win more than one prize.)
Can I play slots tournaments on a Guest Account?
No. Only real accounts are eligible to play slots tournaments, including the free tournaments.
What is an alias and how do I get one?
In order to protect your privacy, your real name or account number is not published on the scoreboard. Instead, you will be requested to create a nickname or alias, which will be published on the scoreboards instead.
When you click the Join button and register for your first tournament, you will be prompted to create an alias. The alias you create will remain your alias for all subsequent tournaments that you join. Choose your alias carefully, and remember these rules:
- You may not have multiple aliases.

No offensive aliases are permitted. If you select an alias that is considered offensive, your alias will be rejected, and you must select another alias.
