CASH INS (WITHDRAWALS)
It is not necessary for you to cash-in (withdraw) your winnings at the end of every playing session. Our secure casino server will save your credit balance automatically when you log off the Casino. When you next log on, your credits will be immediately available for play.
To have your winnings paid to you, please click on the "bank" button next to the credit meter. Choose the "CASH IN (WITHDRAWALS) " option from the banking menu and then setup your preferred withdrawal payment option. This can be done by following the below steps:
Step 1: Select the amount you would like to cash in

Step 2: Select your preferred payment method.
This payment method will need to be selected from the drop down menu. Should your original purchase be by credit card, your cash-in will paid back in to this payment method to ensure that the casino’s exposure against your purchases are first covered. Once the initial exposure has been covered, your selected payment method (account) to which you wish your winnings to be paid will be used. The approval of new payment method is up to the management .

Step 3: Complete the form with requested information and agree to the terms and conditions.
These mandatory fields will differ for the various payment methods selected.

Step 4: Confirm your preferred method of payment details

Step 5: The update of your withdrawal method is complete
You can now request your withdrawal of you winnings once the preferred payment method has been setup

This cash-in (withdrawals) request is then transferred to a pending state and will remain as such for a period of 6 hours. During this period you may reverse your cash-in for future play. This can be done by clicking on the "REVERSE CASH IN" button in the banking menu.
On expiry of this 6 hour pending period, your cash-in (withdrawals) will be downloaded into our "CASH IN MANAGER" program for processing. The pending period of 6 hours can be changed upon request. Please email your request to support@piggspeak.com.
Upon your first withdrawal (cash-in), you will be requested to supply proof of identity in the form of your Identity document or Passport. This forms part of our controls to confirm your identity to protect you and ensure that only you receive the winnings you have cashed in. This is a once off confidential process.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the name of the gaming account holder. The method in which your cash-in (withdrawal) is processed is dependent on the purchase method used to obtain credits. i.e. If you purchase by credit card then your winnings may only be paid back into that credit card up until the point that the exposure to the casino for the value of the purchases is covered. After this amount is covered players will be able to select alternative payment methods regarding their cash-in.
In instances where you have funded your gaming account using SID, Ukash or Internet Transfer, you will need to select your preferred payment method as per the above. The approval of your requested payment methods remains at the discretion of management and the decision is final. For the benefit of the player & ease of reconciliation, we will not be splitting the payment of your cash in between accounts. Subsequent cash-ins will be paid to your selected preferred method provided all exposure is covered.
