CREDIT CARDS
We currently accept the following credit cards:
- VISA
- MASTERCARD
- DINERS CLUB
If you use your credit card as a means of purchasing gaming credits, all future cash ins will be credited back into your credit card.
Should you be using multiple credits cards and would like your cash in to be credited to a specific credit card, please email support@piggspeak.com with your request. Should no specific request be received, the cash in will be allocated as per the Casino discretion.
Once your cash in has been processed, you will be advised via email as to the allocation thereof. It should take between 2 to 3 working days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
Piggs Peak accepts Diners Club transactions, however manual authorization Is required, so please contact our Support Desk in order to arrange for these transactions.
Once you have launched the gaming software (after installation), click on the "bank" button next to the credit meter. Choose the "ADD CREDIT CARD" option from the banking menu. You will be prompted with an online credit card registration form, which you will be required to complete.
When completing the credit card registration form, please ensure that the "name on credit card" field is the same as the name used when you registered your REAL account. Please exclude your title (eg: Mr/Mrs/Miss).
You will be required to furnish to us copies of the credit card and proof of ID. Please be sure to omit out your CVC number on the back of your card when sending through proof.
