How do I qualify for Peak Performers?

What are Base Loyalty Points?
Base Loyalty Points are used to determine your individual loyalty status every quarter (3 months) and help you to progress from Bronze to Silver, Gold, Platinum and eventually Diamond status. For every E2 bet you place at Piggs Peak Casino, you will receive 1 Base Loyalty Point. Different games however have different reward weightings as can be seen in the Game Reward Weightings Table. The more bets you place, the more Base Loyalty Points you will earn.

Base Loyalty Points will also contribute to maintaining your loyalty level throughout the quarters. If you do not earn enough Base Loyalty Points within the quarter, you will automatically drop down to the next tier level.

What are Bonus Loyalty Points?
Piggs Peak Casino will always reward you according to your loyalty status. Bonus Loyalty Points will be calculated as a percentage of the actual Base Loyalty Points you have earned during the quarter. Your loyalty status determines the amount of total Bonus Loyalty Points you can earn. Bonus Loyalty Points do not contribute to moving up the tiers or maintaining a tier level.

How do I access my Loyalty account information?

What happens if I don’t maintain my Loyalty level?
You have to maintain your loyalty tier status every 3 months (quarter). During this quarter you will be rewarded with Base Loyalty Points for all your play that will help you to maintain your current loyalty tier level. Should you not reach the minimum required maintenance loyalty points, you will lose your current status and move down to the previous loyalty level. Please note that Bonus Loyalty Points do not contribute to maintaining tier levels.

Can my Loyalty Points Expire?
Yes. Your Loyalty Points will expire if not redeemed within 180 days after your last date of play. You will however be given fair warning that your points are about to expire.

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points for Casino Bonus Credits?
