Jacks or Better Video Poker
Jacks or Better Video Poker is played between the Player and the Dealer. The Player is dealt five cards in the first hand, and can then choose to hold or discards the cards. The discard cards are replaced with new ones from the deck and the objective is to complete the game with the strongest poker hand. Jacks or Better Video poker is played with one standard deck of 52 playing cards.
Playing the Game - Run the game
- Select “Play for Real”
- Login
- Using the Bet+ and Bet- buttons, change the coin value. The amount of coins in the bet is displayed in the top right corner.
- Press Deal and the cards are dealt.
- Select the cards you wish to hold and press Draw to get replacement cards.

After a win, you have the following options:
- Press Deal to collect your win and get a new hand with the same bet.
- Press Collect to get your win and change your bet.
- Press Double to access the bonus feature
Bonus Feature
To Double up, choose one of four cards to the right of the dealer’s card. If your card is higher than the dealer’s hand you win. Press
Double to double up again or press
Collect to collect your bonus. If both cards are the same, there’s a tie and no one wins. Press
Double to double up again or press
Collect to collect your bonus. If the card is lower than the dealer’s hand, you lose your entire winnings.
