Player Communication Manager
PCM Chat alerts call centre representatives to issues being experienced by the players while in Piggs Peak Casino software. This empowers the Call Centre representatives to engage effectively with you, the player. If a chat request is coming through from an agent, you will receive a notification asking if you would like to accept the chat request. If not, then the agent will not be able to tell you about our promotions, or assist in any issues you may be experiencing. If you accept the chat then a chat window will open and you will be able to type in the chat box.
Below are screenshots of the chat boxes that would be seen by players who are having the chat pushed to them. In order for the chat to be launched between the Player and the Call Centre agent, the "Launch Chat" button needs to be selected.
Remember to look out for these chat boxes the next time you are in the Casino software, the Call Centre agents are waiting to assist you with your queries and inform you of the latest promotions.
