3.1 Account Cancellation

3.2 Account Closure Procedure

3.3 Dormant Account

8.1 Funds are withheld in all circumstances regarding Fraud and Chargeback issues. Only if these issues are resolved to our satisfaction, will a balance in a Player’s account be refunded
8.2 It is unlawful to deposit funds at Piggs Peak Internet Casino obtained from ill-gotten means.
8.3 Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported.

9.2.6 If the Players computer is disconnected while a game is in progress, and they can still make decisions in the game, the Player is able to complete that game when they return to it.

11. General Wagering
Important Notice: All promotions are subject to both the general wagering conditions as well as the specific terms and conditions for that promotion. The promotions listed below are excluded from the general wagering terms and conditions and are subject to their own promotional specific wagering terms:
11.1 A player’s account balance consists of a cash balance and a bonus balance.
11.2 A player’s bonus balance may not be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
11.3 A player’s cash balance may be cashed in at any time, however if there is a bonus balance at the time of cashing out, this will be reset to zero, i.e. the bonus is forfeited.
11.4 Bonus amounts credited to a player’s bonus account are subject to 30 times play through before they may be cashed in.
11.5 Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager-up to 100%, towards the required play-through. Games will contribute in the following percentages:

11.6 As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the player’s bonus account to their cash account.
11.7 Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The player can use either their bonus or their cash account. This means that $10 of bonus credits are automatically transferred from the player’s bonus account into his cash account for every $300 play through achieved.
11.8 For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the player’s cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the player’s bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
11.9 If a player makes a withdrawal, and their bonus account still has a balance, their bonus account is reset to zero. This means that if a player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any bonus money they may still have remaining in their bonus account. The player will be informed of this prior to cashing in.
11.10 Winnings on wagers made from a player’s cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a player’s bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
11.11 Where crediting a player’s bonus account with winnings would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the player’s cash account. Note: This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred.
